Circa Sales Development Representative (SDR) reviews

Appreciate the feedback on our training program. We are working to spread out content over the full ramp period to help lighten the initial training. We are also working to add team members and AEs as presenters for our training programs - we agree that more involvement from shining stars within the company has value and this change is underway. We have invested heavily in technology for lead generation and lead management automations and efficiencies, as well as data enrichments. We are recruiting for sales operations team so the full benefit of these investments can be realized.
