Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture, I never feel drained at the end of a workday. Lots of DEI interesting events and emails. Inclusive culture with excellent benefits. Lunch provided regularly, as well as other incentives to keep us in the office, but remote work is allowed and easy to do.
Cons
Half-day Fridays should have been kept. Being able to schedule appointments for that afternoon was helpful, as well as grocery trips and other errands.
