For some team members flexibility in working from home is great.

Cons

horrible culture - continuously do more with less team members. lack of clarity around recent restructures. Change Management was scored extremely low in the most recent employee satisfaction survey, and yet nothing has been done to improve the situation that people on the ground can see. There is little to no point in voicing concerns because they go unheard. Even if you have a supportive manager, they are hamstrung to actually make any meaningful change.
