A remote job is desirable but it’s not worth your sanity. Circana is a terrible place to work. Chaos and layoffs are the only constant. The marketing department lacks direction and is not strongly valued within the organization. Marketing leadership doesn’t know or care how marketing works. Layoffs happen every month at Circana. All toxic workplace traits are present. Favoritism is rampant. Managers will throw directs under the bus to save themselves. Turnover is high and many experienced marketers have departed. Avoid.
