      WFH, unlimited pto, flexibility, and the people

      Cons

      Everything went downhill since the merger. Good processes and products are being removed for so called “better” solutions. These new platforms are a huge downgrade yet everyone is forced to sell it to clients, even though they have errors. There is no proper trainings and those running the trainings are also lost.

      The people for the most part are very nice

      Cons

      It is very chaotic, everything needs to be done immediately with limited resources, stress is very high across the organization and people are either quitting or being laid off constantly. Given all teams run thin, lack of responsiveness of many people is very frustrating
