Cons

Management was poor. Pay was kept hidden and pay bands were unclear. Company shifted from an employee and client focused business to a shareholder focused business after the merger. This is ultimately going to destroy the business over time. If you are looking for a business that is going to flourish in this market I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

-Lots of recent changes with mergers but hasnt really impacted much other than process and a few team changes -a bit of uncertainty because of the above
