The company is super micromanage focused and senior management is feckless and plays the blame game. They'll tell you to do something then blame you when it doesn't work they way they hoped. They also don't want you to help. You're just a tool for your manager, not a team member. Also their product is so dumb, software they runs an algorithm. It's a snooze fest. They're also really isolated and controlling. As a low level process manager I was told I can't email people in other departments.
