None - work/life balance living hell and company structure is "not normal"

Cons

Highlights below: Training: Zero - on all their Global Media Products. Benefits: Awful Pay & Bonus: Terrible (and getting worse) Team Leads: micro-managing 24/7; 20-25 hrs of weekly internal meetings and reporting structure is dysfunctional (reported to 3-4 people). Work/Life Balance: horrible - 80 work weeks Products: lack of performance, "shady/questionable data", low ROI and solutions are expensive vs competitors
