Pros

Remote work is a good thing as we avoid morning commute.

Cons

Reviews are fake.The say that they compare us with other people who got in the company the same time as you did and just discourage you and make you fill useless.They also say similar things to the people they compare you with, so they can also feel bad about themselves.They put fake ratings at the reviews just to make sure they are aligned with the percentages the CEO asked to have in each rating.The never have budget and they say we never meet the target goal in terms of revenue because the goals for the revenue are always extraordinary.

WFH still on. One of the few companies still operating with wfh approach. Unlike other companies which are forcing people to be in office at least two days a week, you can choose if you want to go to office or not (unless your team needs to meet you without fail). Productivity has actually remained better this way as people don't need to fight traffic and dust on roads day in and out.

Cons

You are expected to be available on weekends is a norm. If you are not available during weekends, you need to inform your manager beforehand. Its not necessary that you will have to work during weekends, but you need to remain on standby most of the time, because of which you can't make plans. Even if you have to login for even 10 mins during the weekend, it ruins other plans as you either need to stay home or carry around your laptop wherever you go. There is a lot of manual work going around, which could be handled better.
