Pros
If your starting out you get to touch a lot of different equipment.
Cons
They will try to get you to work weekends on a salary and you get no over time. They try to entice you with "You'll get your monthly bonus if you meet the numbers". The bonus is very small if you get one at all. The Management are in a very old school mind set to where your not stable if you don't work for a company for years on out. It feels like a dead end job with no possible room to move up anywhere in the company and you get no raises.
