Circet is a fantastic company to work for, the management team are professional and excellent at what they do, the staff are brilliant and there's a real sense of community with a common goal to protect our position in the industry. Whether you work in the field, or in the back office and everything in between, you are well looked after and given constant opportunity for development both personally and professionally, with industry-leading L&D schemes across the business, and social events to bring people together.
Cons
As with any large corporate business the team is very spread out, so getting together is a little more difficult and it can take time when you first start to find your feet, and meet the various stakeholders to understand how everything fits together, but the HR team do an excellent job across the onboarding process to provide coaches, buddy's and support with the various resources available to aid the transition.
