Depending on the people you work with, it could go well for you. If all are on the same page and moving in the same direction, things get done well and on time. But that could be said for basically any company out there.

Cons

Although the pay is decent, it could be better. When your wages stay the same for years, but the cost of living still rises, there's bound to be some sort of resentment.
