Unorganised

Pros

Good money to be made if you meet your bonus targets. All tools supplied. Company vehicle and fuel card. Bonus at Christmas. Holiday pay based on your average daily income.

Cons

The most unorganised company I have ever worked for. Poor communication between managers which leads to things not being done. Always moving the goalposts to save money, which sometimes effects your pay. Only 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. They introduced a rewards scheme for employees, they used it for a month and then couldn't be bothered anymore. Obviously a brain box idea to prove to the big balls at the top table that they have incentive schemes for the minions on the ground to work harder. If customer rings in now with a good review of an employee or workmanship now, it's just ignored.

Awful experience

Pros

I honestly can’t think of one pro of working on the HR team. I just urge anyone to take these reviews seriously.

Cons

The hr management will promise you the sun moon and stars. They give empty promises to keep you in employment. There’s a reason why the hr team has so many leavers. Yet management can’t seem to figure it out.

Pros

Recruitment and initial training was great. Everything after that was disgraceful.

Cons

If you have an injury at work, they won't do an accident report and pass it off as your fault. Not just me but many times. You're on a rate card, paid for what you do. No assistance in helping you understand how to claim, therefore never getting paid correctly. 60-70 hour weeks for £320, when you raise the issue with your manager, you're told, that's just how it is. You're on a rate card, yet they insist you must be on sight for 0800 and depart at 1730. You'll work for less than minimum wage for most of the time. When you self-cert they don't pay, when you have a holiday booked and confirmed, they don't pay. When you raise serious issues with senior management it will fall on deaf ears and no action will be taken. When you leave you will not receive you're 2 weeks wages, which are worked in lieu nor will you receive your holidays. Avoid this company at all costs, I've never experienced anything like it.
