Flexible scheduling, they also have partnerships with many colleges which I can use as I aspire to become a BCBA. Amazing team with A+ communication and training.

Pros

The people at Circle Care really care about you and the clients you work with. They prioritize the kids' needs while also ensuring your needs as an employee are met. I have a very hectic schedule due to school and they are very flexible and offer me several options for work to accommodate my busy schedule.

Cons

Some cons would be the training that we get as BT's. The training is quick, and you jump in with your first client quickly as well. I did not feel as prepared as I expected so a big part of the job is learning on the job. Which can be a pro or a con.
