Pros

They are so communicative! Honestly, this is a hard job, but administration makes it better because of how supportive they are! They also make it so accessible to get your masters!

Cons

They don’t have many cases around me… but that’s not really their fault. It just happens to be that way. Most of the cases are central Jersey.

Pros

CC is a great part-time job. They are very flexible with your schedule and will accommodate your needs. Everyone is very friendly, and they consistently host staff training/programs with rewards. At the last event, I won Apple AirPods. The best benefit, in my opinion, is the tuition discount with their affiliated schools such as Kean.

Cons

Here's the corrected part of your message: They don’t offer a lot of full-time cases, so if you want to have more hours, you will need to pick up another case and travel. If you want to move up in the company, the only choice is to become a BCBA, as there are no other positions in the middle. You will have to be comfortable servicing kids at their homes since most of the cases are home-based. Lastly, unless you are full-time (40 hours), you will not receive benefits.

Pros

Education Benefits, Career advancement, Full and Part Time Positions, Steady Income, Sense of Purpose

Cons

Every job has its challenges but working with autism kids takes a lot of patience and understanding. This is not really a con but the most challenging can be working with children with behavioral challenges.
