I love being a BCBA here. Such a good company with so much support. Cases are near by and they really care about you.

Cons

Sometimes you don’t get morning hours but that’s everywhere.

good pay, flexible, make your own schedule. Allowed to ask for a raise every 6 months $500 bonus for each employee bonus

Cons

Know your worth. Will under pay if you’re not smart about it. Tried to make employees work for free for required CPI training. When it’s against NJ law. no benefits , unless you ask ~ high COPAY

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Glad you find your job flexible and worthwhile. Circle Care employees are always paid for time spent at required training. Typically, CPI training is not required and is therefore not paid for. If your BCBA required you to take it without our knowledge, please reach out to your hiring manager and we will take care of this. At Circle Care we strive for fair and competitive pay - which may be different case by case based on the therapist's experience, college degree and other factors. And of course, each client's copay amount is calculated individually based on their insurance plan coverage. In the meantime, know you're valued and appreciated!
