Pros

*Great regular customer, that you can make a good lasting impression on. *Can be a very easy job to get

Cons

*Management only cares about money, and would rather fire you than lose any amount of income. *I was told I'd be fired if I called off during the COVID-19 outbreak. *Rarely or never congratulated on doing good, usually only called out on things that need to be done that others didn't do. *Overall an extremely toxic place to work, please do not work here if you care about the customers or being treated like a human being.

Pros

Amazing regulars Weekly pay Easy full-time and overtime Depending on what store your in it can be amazing to work for them

Cons

What isn't a con about this place. They do not care at all about you at all. Hell I'm the worst treated employee at my store even though I bust my butt every night but then everyone else on 2nd can leave the store trashed and not get in trouble. Pay is poor hours are long and if an employee is late your required to stay untill they show, heck I owe 200$ for missing an appointment worked 8-9 hours was told I didn't have to go to the morning meeting but then was made to. They don't care about your health or well being/mental health, and I can tell you mine is so bad thanks to this company. And pick the wrong people for managers and leads,they don't pick the people who actually deserve it. There are to many to list but depending on your store you might just have a damn good job.

Pros

Decent benefits after 45 days, free break room soda, coffee, etc

Cons

This department is a disaster, RUN. Do NOT work here! High turnover, long hours, everyone is underpaid, no structured training. No standardized processes and broken, archaic IT/communication systems have created a high-stress culture of putting out fires 24/7. Heavy with gossip, very little true teamwork or camaraderie except to commiserate. Condescending, arrogant, verbally abusive, borderline bully managers and senior colleagues don’t listen to ideas or concerns and instead belittle people. Poorly under-qualified, under-developed and underpaid supervisors are held responsible for everything that goes wrong, and are completely burnt out. Blaming, shaming and finger pointing by management at the team when fuel “runouts” occur or proper customer service isn’t provided...bang your head against the wall and work another 12-hour day, but no one has a chance of succeeding, they’re set up to fail in this environment!
