"Interesting job that can present good mind challenges for people that need them. Its not the same job everyday so you don't get bored.

Cons

Upper management pushes the stores with out looking at what is actually going on in them. Some of their goals are impossible to reach in every store. You will never get holidays home with your family.

Pros

You will get a lot of experience. My skill set is far further along than my peers. I have experience working on giant company changing projects. It is always changing so there is always more to learn and you will never get bored.

Cons

This company is proud of being lean. This is fine in itself, but it also drastically under-pays its employees, most other companies pay 30-40% more for similar positions that actually hold less responsibility. Expect long hours, to be functioning in a position where you are covering what should be several positions, and expect not to make a whole lot of money doing it. Work/life balance depends on your supervisor, but typically is not great either.

Hard to manage, hard to hire employes, up to your neck in expectations, expect to be on call from management AND cashiers
