      Pros

      Working with customers. If you have a good team that works well together it could be like a family which is nice but was not the case here.

      Cons

      The management team shouldn't be related and under 21 years of age. Communication is key not gossip. When you advertise the hiring position, don't lie about it. Treat all employees equally rather than having one employee that does hard work do all the work while everybody else sits back and does absolutely nothing. Give breaks... especially when you're working 12-hour shifts.

      Pay, I guess. Money isn't everything

      Cons

      Will pay you late without warning if medical issue, stroke, while at work...won't be able to contact mgmt and will tell you they want you fired for locking store,, they couldn't make money!!!! But doesn't care if you die waiting on them!!! If time lock down, have to wait more than 2 pay periods to get the money for hours worked. BE PREPARED TO BE TOLD, NOT ASKED, ADDITIONAL HOURS WITHOUT NOTICE AND TOLD WHEN YOU CAN OR CAN'T GO TO BE BATHROOM!!!! WILL WORK BY YOURSELF THE MAJORITY OF SHIFTS IF NOT ALL!!! ...REGARDLESSOF HOW BUSY STORE IS!!!

      Can't think of any aside from work life balance.

      not job security, a lot of favoritism, cheap company, don't take care of their employees, all about saving money
