Pros

The pros are far and few between but there are some honorable mentions. 1. It can be a good stepping stone for your first sales or corporate job. 2. pretty relaxed dress code 3. WFH policy 12 days (could have changed since i was there)

Cons

This company was great for my first year working in 2023. no complaints and it went really well. after the first year they started to micro manage and slowly pick off my team members as well as replace them for lower salaried employees. my position was changed to a account executive leaning role but got a very small commission incentive. In short my responsibilities doubled while my SIP plan stayed put. Kind of a slap in the face to me and the rest of the SDR team to be honest. this is the type of things they do to get around actually promoting you. The calling KPI's were not bad it was reasonable but there is no way your making commission as a AE unless you have a very large book of business. Days start at 8:00am sharp. I was expected to work late as well on certain occasions with no extra incentive. After 2023 they became very KPI focused in 2024 and slammed the ban hammer on anyone who fell below the metrics or was last man on the totem pole. the turnover rate is ridiculous. I was there for a year and a half or so and saw many people come and go both AE and SDR and even Management. Lots of changes were occurring to the CRM as well as the company as a whole and it lacked a sense of direction and put a huge amount of stress on the employees. Some of the "Pod" managers are not great people. I have seen them first hand be "sleezy" towards some of the female staff. be aware folks. This is a good stepping stone company if your first getting into sales but do not plan to be here long term. It is impossible to get promoted too. the goal post keeps moving farther and farther every time you get close. they will do anything to not give you a promotion or raise. Conclusion: This is a ok company for a stepping stone into corporate America but it is a meat grinder for sure. There are pros and cons but its not somewhere i would personally stay long term for. Very "boys club" like as well. please be aware of this company and its red flags.

Pros

Free Coffee and Filtered Water, 1 work from home day a month, Extensive Training Program for Logistics beginners

Cons

Will Fire you without notice. Sorry excuse of a benefits package. Commission compensation is a joke. Internal office favoritism and politics play heavy. Little to no diversity within the company. Sleazy business practices.
