1. Advanced training 2. Teamwork 3. Office location

Cons

1. High amount of cold calling required. They sugarcoat it and cover it with the “call thru lane history” words 2. Forgot to disclose what I needed to start making commission 3. When I was forced to quit I gave them a notice… Was let go 2 hours later without the opportunity to say goodbye to my partners and colleagues. 4. Expensive health insurance 5. No 401k match 6. The bar to next level (Carrier Account Manager) is quite high
