You will never "arrive" your success of the month before has no bearing on your current month. like most sales jobs Very high turnover Your team will be your family but the overall culture is not healthy. Your salary will be your pay. It takes a long time to earn commission. Even if you have a great month it only takes 1 truckload or 1 billing mistake to zero out your commissions. There are a lot easier and better ways to make money in sales. Logistics sales done the way they are done here make it very difficult to make money. There are far easier and less stressful ways to make money in sales.
