Very intense, work hard / play hard environment. Entrepreneurial spirit where mgmt gives you freedom to manage your business independently and you're in control of your potential. Good mixture of experienced reps and folks new to the industry. Fun work environment

Cons

Gets to be difficult managing business from A to Z, and not the days don't always end at 5pm but that's standard in this industry
