      Pros

      Very well established CI tool and probably one of the best in the business for developers in terms of CI capability. Being an "older" start up over 10 years, systems and processes are well established with thorough onboarding and training.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero culture and they are aware of this. There are cultural surveys every few weeks but nothing changes. No investment in company culture, for the 10th anniversary of the company we got a little mug - really makes you feel valued... Management are not very honest in admitting faults despite haemorrhaging staff across all divisions and at all seniority levels. Product has stopped innovating and competitors are now overtaking them in the market of software delivery.

      Pros

      - They are a leader in the CI/CD space and have some interesting technical challenges on the roadmap. - It can be a very supportive environment for some engineers to learn and grow, but this depends on the team and manager. - All remote company

      Cons

      - Salary is low compared to the industry. Company is pretty cheap overall when it comes to taking care of employees. - Lack of diversity. They talk a lot about diversity, but executive leadership is all white males and there are very few senior level women in any role. - The executive leaders aren’t aligned among themselves, which makes it difficult for managers to deliver coherent messages to their employees.
