      Pros

      A fantastic culture & interesting engineering problems. A good culture of engineering pairing made work feel more collaborative than any other engineering position I've had.

      Cons

      Confused product strategy a few years ago but they seem to have made strides in the years since I left that look strong!

      Great team, great camraderie. People are really passionate and care about what we're building.

      We're growing really quickly during a pandemic, and our systems and ways we share information haven't always kept up. I think this is par for the course for a high-growth software company like ours, but it's something to know for new employees - get ready to buckle up.
