      -First of all, the people at Circuit at second to none. Both in terms of talent and creating a welcoming team atmosphere. -You will have a lot of autonomy in your work and the ability to take an idea to completion -Great pay, benefits, and all that good stuff that we need to live the rest of our lives and have a family

      Cons

      -There is a lot of work to be done. Don't expect to just glide on by, our team truly expects the best out of each other to get things done that nobody else can.

      A Dynamic Experience

      Pros

      Brilliant individuals with a very inspiring mission. The culture is entirely unique, and for the most part, pretty fun. It is a certainty that you will professionally grow and challenged. The company has had a great streak of wins too that make things exciting. There’s no denying that it’s cool to work for a startup. Most employers receive equity too (but don’t expect to get rich).

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone, especially if you aren’t serious. Don’t expect upward mobility (despite what is promised). It is out of its adolescent phase and growing rapidly, but individuals get pigeon holed (this is more out of necessity than anything personal). It can also be very mentally tolling from high pressure and a competitive undercurrent, especially if you aren’t one of the favorites. Over the years, the company has had a long list of abandoned projects and even with recent success, there’s inescapable uncertainty.
