      Circuit places great emphasis on culture and always has. It's a great team to work and interact with. If the mission is meaningful to you, it makes for a great combination. They are invested in your development as a person and as a professional. The company is growing, and with that growth has come increased awareness of diversity and inclusion in both projects and personnel. It's an exciting time to work here. The company is also super understanding with personal circumstances, allowing for remote work in these unprecedented times.

      Very fast-paced environment; while this will not be a con to some, you will have to be able to work fast and think on your feet.

      Working as a consultant for Circuit Clinical, I absolutely fell in love with the Company and had to be part of the team. This is a talent dense organization where everyone is passionate about the mission, extremely collaborative and truly supportive. We take continuous learning seriously and move at a fast pace that's highly energizing. The work we are doing is transforming the way people find, understand and choose clinical research as a care option!

      Passionate leadership, dedicated dreamers, fluid architecture, and people who deliver. The more you want, the more you will get and the limit is up to you. Drink from the firehose and the world is open to whatever you want it to be.

      Cons

      Distortion field is strong, slackers need not apply, and you are required to be thoughtful and contribute. It's not a cake walk, but if you want "it" - this is the place you want to be.
