It’s also fantastic to hear you think Cirium is a forward-thinking company. It’s definitely aligned to our mission of accelerating the digital transformation in our industry. We appreciate how difficult it may have been over the past year or so, given the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had. We too are excited to be back in the offices! Thank you for the positive feedback regarding Cirium’s advanced technology, and innovation. We certainly want our employees to see Cirium as a forward-looking business. It’s great to hear you like the environment at the Portland, OR office. We too, love the Portland office, especially because of the great team there, the endless snacks and the inhouse pub! It is important for us that you feel you can bring your authentic self to work. We believe this is how people do their best work. It is a great point that you raise about new hires joining Cirium at this current time. We appreciate that it may have been a difficult year or so because of the COVID-19 pandemic and we want to ensure all employees are supported. We have an employee resource hub to support anyone who needs it, with for example a focus on psychological safety.
