      Co-workers are Nice and knowledgeable

      Cons

      Its just a job where collaboration is limited and there no ability to improve. They talk a good game about employee involvement but recommendations are stopped by executives and the parent company. The only thing the parent company is concerned with is getting as much out of you for as little as possible dollars. They don't even want to improve existing product to benefit customers and get more sales.

      Pros

      Passionate set of colleagues across both the aviation and data discplines. The mixture of these minds has created a truly excellent product and work culture.

      Cons

      Lots of M&A made it challenging to have one set culture. Overtime this improved, but in the moment it was a downside.
