CEO, global head of sales are really inspiring and motivating. They are incredibly approachable and keen to always have a conversation. Company is on a direction that can really work. Just need to continue investing in the right people and ensure culture improves.

Cons

Management style in the sales team can come across toxic. A few managers are great but some are very “old school” Generally people get talked at. Check ins are very business oriented. We are all adults but get spoken to like children. A lot of passive aggressive behaviours lead to stress and burnt out. If a mistake happens it is blown out of proportion. Foster a safe environment. Make it happen. Do not just say it.

Lots of do-nothing meetings Management is terrible about communicating what they want Management solicits input only to ignore it Command-and-control wrapped in "Scrum" clothing Company talks about innovation but seems stuck in a rut with no clear direction. Future prospects are unclear.
