      Pros

      Inclusive culture with some amazing talent. Friendly and supportive. Opportunities for career growth through secondments around the world projects, and learning. The company offers leadership programs, a female Ignite and Accelerate program, young professional networks and more. It's a great place to be for innovation - the company just entered a new product release cycle with a laser focus also on R&D.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced so be ready. You need a strong work ethic and be a self starter. Opportunities for hybrid working but a preference for two days in the office if located near Cirium offices.
