      Pros

      First company in my life where management values it's employees and shows it with their actions. They consistently look out for people, in how they handled covid, work from home flexibility, time off for volunteerism, finding internal positions for folks on cancelled projects, promoting from within, etc. They survey the employees, share the results, and take actions based on the feedback.

      Cons

      Cirium is part of a really big company (RELX) and it shows in some of the bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Cirium has a great bunch of people especially in the sales team. The offices are good and leadership is approachable.

      Cons

      Cirium is the collection of multiple businesses that have been acquired over the years and haven’t been fully integrated. This creates a difficult sales environment with a lack of focus.
