First company in my life where management values it's employees and shows it with their actions. They consistently look out for people, in how they handled covid, work from home flexibility, time off for volunteerism, finding internal positions for folks on cancelled projects, promoting from within, etc. They survey the employees, share the results, and take actions based on the feedback.
