- Great culture at the Portland office, which seems to be improving even as we grow - Awesome people who enjoy solving problems, but know when to switch off and have fun - A senior management team that genuinely cares about people, culture, diversity, and celebrating success. - Room to grow within Cirium and the larger corporate landscape (the world is your oyster sort of thing) - Good 401k, decent PTO, lots of local and global programs for volunteering, health, career development, etc
Cons
- The integration of some of the smaller companies into the larger corporate structure has been painful at times, but the corporate office has been open to accepting changes from the bottom up - The health insurance plans offer lots of choice, but the higher end plans are almost prohibitively expensive.
