Pros

Cirque is one of the largest entertainment companies in the world. There are few other places you can live and work for such solid wages and great benefits and work on such high quality productions.

Cons

In recent years the company has been undergoing some changes from is humble beginnings as a collection of street performers into a large corporation. The transition has been disappointing and the company has started to move further and further away from its values of the employees being part of the "family".

Pros

-Decent pay for being non-union

Cons

-Cult-like mentality -Safety is secondary or worse -Management is questionable -So many people work in positions without the minimum or zero experience, this includes dangerous positions such as rigging. -Anyone injured while trying to stop the injury/potential death of others is looked upon as a pariah and forced out

Pros

Good starter job for someone needing casino/hospitality environment experience. Free tickets, good company culture & events sometimes. Otherwise, low pay for the work you do, childish coworkers, drama, incompetent managers. The manager Lyndsey singled me out of 10 girls & said I wasn’t making eye contact w the customers. Another assistant manager also told me I was being rude to another customer which I was not. She also said I couldn’t dye my hair blonde. They are on a power trip and love micro managing. Some coworkers are also fake and social with you only to get an insight into your life and then talk behind your back. This job gave me so much stress from childish girls while paying me Pennies. If you do decide to work here, just put your head down, work, get your money and leave. If not, I can guarantee you will find something better.

Cons

Fake managers and coworkers, low pay
