Pros

Interesting environment to work at the shows and decent benefits such as PTO, good insurance, 401k, disability

Cons

Pay is several $/hr below market rate. raises that don't keep up with inflation, corporate always cutting budgets and views all technicians as interchangeable. highly skilled employees with decades of experience and advanced skills get paid the same as a kid fresh out of high school. Leads are underpaid. Managers are underpaid. the culture at Cirque used to be great but managers don't care anymore and just operate out of fear of being fired.
