Pros

Interesting variety of products produced. Good set of intelligent people employed. Products are competitive and of the high performance genre. Location and commute is very acceptable. Capital expenditure is appropriate on equipment and facilities.

Cons

Designs are not well standardized to work together as a board solution. Design reuse is not taken advantage of to the extent possible. Organizational "surprises" happen too frequently and very quietly. This particular population PhD EE's do not work well as a team. Teams in general that cross department boundaries are ineffective at the common goal of getting a product to market.
