It’s an alright place to work in

Lots of perks, LOTS. From Friday happy hours, Thursday concerts (at the time). Community support, raffles, Schlitterbahn tickets (at the time). Company offers more perks than others I have personally worked in by far. Offer best benefits I’ve been in a company (health/dental 401k matching/etc)

Cons

Pay is lowest compared to other industry. Compensation by the vast amount of perks being offered. Favoritism at top level Gets too political that trickles to the engineering level. bending backwards for the one main customer (at the time). Need more diverse customer than just one big one.
