      Pros

      The team at Cirrus Logic has very talented people. The environment is very supportive to all. The resources needed to get the job done are available or can be gotten. Lots of perks and incentives that help compensation very attractive and keep employers happy.

      Cons

      The growth has been a bit too fast to keep up with process, methodology required to get new employees trained and productive soon.

      Pros

      Fair salary, good RSUs. Mostly good people. Lots of nice perks.

      Cons

      Too much power in too few people, a few of whom pretty much spoil it for everyone else. Plus HR changes since the old VP retiring has taken away some of the old cirrus vibe.
