A large company with a family feel. Bosses were very well educated. Team work was first priority. Nice benefits.

Cons

Upper Management was out of touch with their workers. More interested in meetings than in getting work done.

It's worth noting that Cirrus Logic no longer has offices in California as of 2004. With a cultural overhaul and new CEO leadership in Jason Rhode in 2007, we believe that this former employee would like the "new" Cirrus Logic much, much better! ; )

Great company benefits with happy hour every Friday. Lot of nice people to work with and flat management. Coworkers are nice, helpful, motivated and very efficient.

The best part of life at cirrus is the coworkers. All pitch in to make the work and social life great.

Cons

At the time cirrus is a bit single focused. There is a bit of NIH syndrome that hinders smooth developments.
