Strong growth from hiring the right people

Pros

First, you get the right people on the bus. Then you decide where the bus will go. Cirrus goes to great lengths to hire the right people. I have seen dozens of people passed up in search of the right team member. That kind of hiring discipline is a primary driver of Cirrus' growth. It is an an open secret which has been surprisingly difficult to replicate at other companies.

Cons

We have struggled with hiring enough staff to keep pace with revenue growth.

Awesome group of senior designers to learn from The managers are usually easy to work with No sense of hierarchy Good efforts are recognized

Cons

Very little scope to contribute as an analog engineer in my team at this moment(but I believe its going to change in future) Too loud music in concerts :)
