      Pros

      There seem to be a ton of opportunities for growth here at Cirrus Logic. I came in and hit the ground running - my manager and leadership trust me to get the job done and have given me a ton of opportunities to step up and learn new things. The environment is fun (with happy hours and concerts and other fun employee activities). The culture is strong. Leadership seems very open to feedback and consistently ask for it. The CEO is very approachable and takes the time to try to get to know everyone. He genuinely cares about it when people join the company or leave the company. I've only been here a short time and look forward to a long career here!

      Cons

      Right now the company is growing rapidly and we are not all in the same building due to space issues. I know leadership is working on this. Hope that the culture can continue to scale as the company grows.

      Pros

      Awesome coffee! My co-workers are smart and everyone works hard. Great events and opportunities to hang out with coworkers outside of the office. Tons of training.

      Cons

      I wish we could all be in the same building, but we're growing too fast. I guess that's a good problem to have.

      Pros

      Wonderfully unique culture where job satisfaction is truly a core value of the company. Low turnover... Many folks have been year for 10+, 15+, 20+ years for a reason. Trustworthy leadership, hardworking & innovative employees, and a fun environment.

      Cons

      Have to be willing to tough it out when the job demands a little more time than usual. Have to remember it's still a business even with such a relaxed culture. Downtown location & atmosphere isn't everyone's favorite.
