-Ample Budgets to get work done -Great Perks -Decent Pay -Talented Coworkers

Cons

-Management demanding yet disorganized : lack of trust and confusion about priorities -Forced office days just to babysit or be in Zoom calls: absolute waste of time. What is this, 2004? -Workaholism runs rampant and is silently encouraged -VERY obnoxious engineer userbase will overrule your professional opinion loudly and often.

Cons

Technical management can be chaotic. Often hard to get your job done because company standards are not enforced uniformly. Schedules are tight and often unrealistic. Not up to standard for IC design & verification rigor, especially for mixed-signal products.

- Low salary - Management sees no value in you. Everyone is replaceable except the higher management and the folks within inner circle of course - HR does not respect you. HR attempted to create this image of a “fun” and “cool” place to work just to recruit people with less than average package
