The place is good to work but management and the pay isn’t good but overall it’s easy to work everyone is nice we work 10 hour days Monday through Thursday so we have a 3 day weekend which isn’t bad also.

Cons

Unclear or lack of management direction. chances to learn a new task. culture is nice too. The vacation policy is poor. overall good company to work with.

Work given depends on what is needed on that day. There is little communication with other workers besides during break. Hours can be extended depending on what management wants and workers are required to follow them.
