The projects are interesting, the products are interesting, and the people are sometimes interesting. This is a company where you get to work on many different types of projects at once, and you have the flexibility to got them done on your own schedule. Also, this is a really good stepping stone company. Turnover is high, so you can come in as an entry level engineer and get promoted to Sr. level in 3-5 years.

Cons

The management of this organization can be difficult to work with. There is minimal opportunity for mentorship and the CEO will yell at people who he thinks could be getting more done. Different departments are also quite siloed. Also, the quality department is completely overworked.
