      High stress, high turnover environment

      Pros

      Co-workers are mostly team players, intelligent, and hard workers. The devices Cirtec works on are cutting edge and the customers are from some of the top leading companies in the market.

      Cons

      The most talented and qualified employees keep leaving because management is chaotic. The smart ones who can leave do leave. No one is compensated for their time. Expected to work 50-70 hours EVERY week, not just when "the team needs it", yet paid 40 hr salary with no bonuses. Unrealistic deadlines with management who can't manage time or people.

      There is very little pros if any at all.

      Cons

      Unless you are a personal friend of a select few in the management staff or are willing to put up with sexual harassment from some at times moving up in the company is nonexistent.

      Pros

      Cirtec is a fast paced, fast growing, hight tech company. It is suited for hungry, intelligent, hard working employees, that can make decisions quickly, utilize critical thinking and look for opportunities to make an impact. They have hired dozens of talented engineers in the last year, and still looking for more!! Many opportunities for growth and moving up to management for those who seize the opportunities. The pay is really really good for this area and there are bonuses available for meeting milestones. Overall this is a great place to work and there is a lot of promise for the future.

      Cons

      If you are the type of person that needs to be hand-held and constantly given direction on what to do, this is probably not the place for you. Yes, there are some weeks where you will work later hours, but management is also flexible when you need to take personal time. There has been some turnover, but honestly these are people that have been around a long time and are not used to working hard. I thinksome of the bad review are from people that were spoiled with a chill work schedule, little to no oversight, and no accountability. This was when the company was family owned. Now that it is growing and under strong managment, there is a shift to working hard, playing hard.
