Toxic place that needs a new culture to fix

Real interesting products that make a deference in people lives. A lot of smart highly educated people work here. Customers are some of the top manufacturers in the medical implantable market place. Tremendous business growth potential. Good place to build a resume but then you need to leave quickly.
Cons
"All" the decisions (even the smallest ones) at the Enfield, CT site are made by management at the "absolute highest" level. An organizational structure is completely non-existent so people actually get emails from the CEO (who is 2,000 miles away) telling them exactly what to do which fuels an already chaotic/dysfunctional organization.. It is a very stressful environment -People are visibly shaking at times and the worst part is that the stress could all be avoided with professional "non threatening/bullying" behavior and some good communications. The business has a real tough time retaining good talent (people with good experiences) which make it very difficult for those of us that remain. The sites leadership (The CEO's eyes, ears and hands) are poisonous which explains why people are leaving left and right. Extremely high turnover.
