Cons

I worked at the Lowell Facility . Horrible management. No work for Engineers. Everyone is just time passing on their phones. All engineers pretend to be busy but literally they have no work on their plates. They follow a daily scrum agile meeting where all engineers are required to say what they are working on each day which is such a waste of time since there isnt really any work. Management changes every now and then since everyone is leaving the company. No body stays here for long.

Pros

Growing company with lots of opportunities. I came from a much larger organization which allowed me to go deep into my area of expertise but did not allow me to go broad and develop new skillsets. Cirtec allows me to wear many hats and exposes me to many areas of the business. Great place to groom for future leadership roles as I progress in my career.

Cons

The people at Cirtec have lots of passion for what they do and how they are involved in improving the lives of the final customer (patient). It can be overwhelming with all of the moving parts if you are someone who prefers a very slow pace.

Co-workers were the only good thing, while they were there.

Cons

Poor management from the top on down. Horrible work environment, poor moral, crappy facility, seniority doesn't matter there.
