      Pros

      Ample training opportunities; Access to a lot of resources, both hardware and software. Access to some very smart people. Good treatment of minorities.

      Cons

      Went from having a bad rating system to having no rating system at all. Performance makes no difference, compensation growth is well below inflation.

      Decent pay, good benefits, flexibility to work wherever you want.

      Cons

      Company is in mature to declining state creating highly political work environment, layoffs every year, stagnant wage growth, and almost no opportunity for career advancement. Company has almost no ability to innovate and senior management that only care about making money for themselves and friends (at employee and shareholder expense). Annual reviews are really more popularity contests than reflection of work product and achievement of objectives...
