Pros
Probably an above average compensation package. They recruit directly from college. Many colleges during good economic times, though only a handful during recessions such as 2009 and going into 2010. Large employee network, even if the diversity is stunted (see Cons).
Cons
Lack of diversity. A random walk around engineering groups seems like they are 3/4 or more south asian. Career advancement is probably typical for large organizations: almost nil and mostly political. Because the customers are mostly enterprise, the work will be mostly performance and cost driven and you rarely have room for feature creativity.
